Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you're a new client or a returning one, we're here to ensure your experience is seamless and informative.

What areas do you serve?

"Our primary service area is Warkworth and the immediate surrounding communities, where we are available for daily bookings. We also proudly serve the Greater Auckland region on a case-by-case basis. Because jobs outside the local Warkworth area require additional travel time, we recommend reaching out a little further in advance so we can accommodate your schedule."

How long will a photography session take?

Photography sessions typically range from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the specific package and scope of the project selected.

When can I expect to receive my photos?

Your professionally edited photos are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days following your session.

Can I choose which photos to be edited?

Yes, we provide a streamlined proofing and selection process post-session so you can choose your preferred images for editing. Additionally, all raw images are provided to our clients.

What should I do to prepare my property for a photography session?

Preparing your property is key to achieving stunning visual results. We recommend thoroughly cleaning and decluttering spaces, turning on all interior lights, and adding subtle decorative touches to enhance overall appeal. We are happy to provide a detailed property preparation checklist prior to your shoot.

Can I reschedule my photography session if needed?

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will gladly work with you to find a new time that suits your schedule.

Do you provide image rights for the photographs taken?

Yes. Upon completion of your session and full payment, we grant you full usage rights for the photographs taken. Whether for marketing materials, online listings, or print media, you have complete freedom to utilize the visuals we create.
